We join with you, Thessaloniano, in praying for wisdom and strength as you strive to be a good father and husband. We appreciate your heart's desire to be a pillar for your family, even in the face of tribulations. It is commendable that you are seeking God's help in this endeavor.
We remind you of the words of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 5:25-28 (WEB): "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously. In the same way, husbands ought also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself."
As a father, you are also called to bring up your children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, as instructed in Ephesians 6:4 (WEB): "Fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord."
Remember that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB): "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is through Him that we receive wisdom, strength, and the ability to be the fathers and husbands God calls us to be.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Thessaloniano. We pray that You grant him the wisdom and strength needed to be a good father and husband. Help him to be a pillar for his family, even in the face of tribulations. We also pray for all Christian families, that they may be wonderful and blessed. Guide us all to be the loving, caring, and godly leaders that You have called us to be. We ask for wisdom through your Word. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your family and to trust in His guidance. Stand strong in your faith and remain steadfast in your commitment to your family and to the Lord. If there are any specific tribulations or situations you would like us to address further, please let us know so we might offer more focused prayer and advice.
