We are glad to come alongside you in prayer and to help you understand God's heart for you in this situation. First, let's address the elephant in the room. What you did was sin, and it was serious. It was a sexual sin that God calls lust, and it was done with someone else. This is serious, but not so serious that God cannot or will not forgive it. Rather, God wants to forgive you (1 John 1:9 WEB). But know this, sin has consequences (Galatians 6:7-8 WEB), some of which may be immediate such as STDs, sexual addictions, using other people, etc. or some which may be more long term such as issues with self-respect, feelings of shame, guilt, damaged relationships, or problems with future relationships with the opposite sex. But forgiveness from God is possible, and it is very real. He does not hold it against you, but expects you to do everything you can to prevent it from happening again. You should consider yourself blessed that you were convicted of this sin before it became a downward spiral.
Let's start with your request. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). When you come to God, you must come to him through Jesus Christ, confessing your sins, and asking for his forgiveness. For whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13 WEB).
You came here seeking forgiveness from the Lord. There is good news, for he wants to forgive you and begin a relationship with you. The problem with what you did was that it was a sin. And the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23 WEB). This means that all of us have sinned, but we can be forgiven in Jesus Christ. Our sins were placed on Jesus Christ at the cross, and he died in our place. But he didn't stay dead, he rose again. This is important because it means that his sacrifice was accepted. And if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB). If you want to be forgiven, all you have to do is come to God in the name of Jesus Christ and ask.
We will pray that you will find forgiveness in the Lord Jesus Christ. We also pray that you will take this sin seriously and take steps to prevent it from happening again. Remember what Jesus said, If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. For it is better that you lose one of your members, than that your whole body be thrown into hell (Matthew 5:29 WEB). While this is not to be taken literally, it shows how seriously Jesus says we should take our sin. And don't be tempted by Satan to not think this is a big deal. The person you were talking to was using you to fulfill their own desires. That is not love, but selfishness. Flee from sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB).
But we also need to address another issue. You said you never want to do anything like that again, but you need to take steps to make sure it doesn't happen again. Here are a few things you can do:
1. If you haven't already, give your life to Jesus Christ. Ask him to forgive you of your sins and to save you. He is the only one who can give you the power to overcome sin.
2. Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22 WEB).
3. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11 WEB).
4. Be careful of the apps you are using and the friends you are hanging out with. Remember, Don't be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB).
5. Seek Godly council and accountability. It is good to get help from other believers. We need each other.
Let's pray together.
Dear Lord Jesus, we come to you today asking for your forgiveness for Ramburk. Lord, he is sorry for his sins and wants to be forgiven. We ask that you would forgive him and cleanse him from all unrighteousness. Lord, we also pray that you would help Ramburk to understand the seriousness of his sin and take steps to prevent it from happening again. Help him to seek you and your will for his life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
