Firstly, let us address the witchcraft and conspiracies you mentioned. The Bible is clear that such practices are detestable to God, as seen in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB: "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh".
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith and resist any form of witchcraft or conspiracy. Submit your family members to God in prayer, that they may be delivered from these practices and come to the knowledge of the truth in Jesus Christ. As it is written in James 5:16 WEB, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Remember that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
Regarding the heaviness in your body and attacks through food, we encourage you to pray over your meals and your body, asking God for protection and healing. As believers, we have the Holy Spirit dwelling within us, and our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we should glorify God in our bodies 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is facing spiritual warfare from their family. Lord, we pray for Your divine protection and intervention. We bind every spirit of witchcraft and conspiracy, and we loose the power of the Holy Spirit upon their family.
Father, we pray for healing and wholeness in our brother's/sister's body. We pray over every meal they consume, that it may be blessed and sanctified by Your power. We ask that You expose and nullify every plot of the enemy, and that You turn every curse into a blessing. We know that Your name is Jesus and no other name is given under heaven by which we can call upon You or be saved. It is by this name of Jesus we can come to You in prayer.
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of their family members, that they may turn from their wicked ways and come to the knowledge of the truth in Jesus Christ. We ask that You send laborers across their path to share the gospel with them and that Your Holy Spirit convicts their hearts.
We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
