Pray for me in taking on a big exam

Hi everyone. I have been studying for an exam I have tomorrow on Monday. I am very nervous but I have been doing the best I can in studying for it. Please say a prayer that the Lord will help guide me during the exam. Also I have been in such a slump I cannot get out of. I think it's from stress of schooling but I have been eating so poor and neglecting all exercise. I try to get back into it and just get stressed from work and school and turn to alcohol and food. I feel lost and am treating my body poorly. Thank you for saying a prayer for me today. Please take care

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Boygard, we lift you up in prayer as you prepare for your exam. Remember the words of the Lord in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Boygard in prayer. Lord, we ask that You guide their mind and help them recall all that they have studied as they take their exam. Ease their nerves and let Your peace wash over them. We trust that You will grant them the wisdom and understanding they need to succeed.

Lord, we also pray for Boygard's overall well-being. We can see that they are feeling overwhelmed and have turned to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Father, we ask that You help them break free from this cycle. Guide them back to a healthy lifestyle, and remind them that their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, as 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB) tells us, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

Jesus, we know that it is only through Your name that we have access to God. We pray that Boygard will continue to seek You and trust in Your will for their life. Grant them the strength to resist temptation and the discipline to take care of their body. Help them find balance in their life and manage their stress in healthy ways.

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Boygard, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will guide you through this challenging time. Remember that God's desire is for us to prosper and be in good health, even as our soul prospers (3 John 1:2, WEB). Stand firm in your faith and trust that God has a plan for your life.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
