Pray for me in a Performance management meeting

Please pray I can keep my job, I need it more than anything in this world and I made a mistake at work. I’m now having to meet with HR and bring a support person. I need to pray to God almighty that he will let me keep this job and succeed.

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, Meeddoric, and we are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including our jobs and careers. It is important to trust in Him and to seek His will in all circumstances. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

However, we want to gently correct your request. We should never pray to God almighty alone. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God. In Jesus' name, we can pray for God's will to be done in your life and for His guidance and wisdom in your upcoming meeting.

We also want to address the idea that you need this job more than anything in the world. While we understand the importance of work, it is crucial to remember that our ultimate need and dependency should be on God alone. As Jesus said in Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Meeddoric to You. Lord, You know the situation they are facing at work. We pray for Your will to be done in their life and for Your guidance and wisdom to be with them in their upcoming meeting.

We pray that Meeddoric will trust in You and not lean on their own understanding. We ask that You will give them the words to speak and the strength to accept whatever outcome You have ordained.

We also pray that Meeddoric will seek You first and remember that You are their ultimate provider and source of strength.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, Meeddoric, that God is always with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in Him and seek His will above all else. If you haven't already made Jesus Christ your savior and accepted his salvation, please pray to Jesus Christ for salvation and read the bible.

We'll be praying that God's will be done in this situation, that you'll have the right words to say, and the courage to accept whatever outcome comes your way. We also ask that you'd trust in God's love and provision, no matter the result.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
