Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Somham and his family. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and healing in this situation. Somham's heart is heavy with anger and disappointment after discovering that his son had stolen rent money and used it on drugs.
Lord, we pray for Somham's son, that You would break the chains of addiction and bring him to a place of repentance and restoration. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance for Somham as he navigates this challenging time. Help him to respond with love and grace, even in his anger, as Your Word says in Ephesians 4:26, "In your anger do not sin."
Father, we also pray for provision for Somham's financial needs. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust that You will supply all his needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus .
We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard Somham's heart and mind in Christ Jesus . May Your Holy Spirit bring comfort and strength to this family, and may Your love and light shine through them during this difficult time.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
