Pray for me for strong immune. Feeling weak n tired. Not willing to do work. Nose block can't breath. Also pls pray for our house helper Bro. Himen nath. He's also having fever since day before yesterday. Still not feeling well. Gastric too. Feeling hot and cold. Pray request for his early recovery. Pray for my mom Mary. Today she recovered from fever and started doing house works. I told to take rest. But she don't want to take rest. Many works pending she said. Pray for her strong immune. I'm so tired. As middle of the night I cough n cough and not sleeping we'll. Kindly pray for me. Thank you

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Oka Caroline and her prayer requests. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and healing touch upon her body. Strengthen her immune system, Lord, and remove any weakness or fatigue she may be experiencing. We pray for clear breathing and relief from the nose blockage. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your healing power.

We also lift up Brother Himen Nath, their house helper, who is suffering from fever and gastric issues. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon Himen Nath's body. Bring comfort and relief from his symptoms, and restore him to full health. We pray for his early recovery, Lord.

Furthermore, we pray for Oka Caroline's mother, Mary. We thank You for her recovery from fever, but we ask for Your continued strength and protection over her. Help her to rest and take care of herself, Lord, even when there are pending tasks. Strengthen her immune system and grant her renewed energy.

Lastly, we lift up Oka Caroline herself, who is feeling tired and experiencing coughing during the night. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Grant her restful sleep and relief from coughing. Lord, we pray for renewed strength and vitality in her life.

We claim the promise in Isaiah 53:5, which says, "But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds, we are healed." We trust in Your faithfulness, Lord, and we believe that You are able to bring healing and restoration to Oka Caroline, Brother Himen Nath, and Mary.

You Are Healed!-- In the name of Jesus Christ you will be stronger and better than you know. Disease and discomfort are leaving your body. No more respiratory blockage no more fever no more aches no more stomach bug. This is exiting your body. Affirming "My body is very good and healthy and my immune system is very good and healthy. " "I love my body and mind and my body is taking care of me!" Also self care by going to a doctor and a supportive family member who can bring you soup or broth. Drink plenty of water and juices. Flush out the toxins!" Fever is your body fighting for you. Sweat out the toxins but also take medication if you can. You're being prayed for and you will feel better soon but you must take proper care of yourself too. Sleep propped up so your lungs don't fill up with mucous. Put Vicksburg on your feet and wear socks. Warm up a towel and place on your chest. Stay warm and sweat it out. Everything is just about to get better. Things will change. But after you get better go slow so you won't relapse. Winter is a time for rest. Hot tea and soup not heavy processed foods. These are just suggestions for you to know people are pulling for you. Praying constantly for you. You're ON the way back to healthy days. Rest. Pray. Sleep in faith.
