Praying for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We understand that you're struggling with several challenges, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge what the word of God says about the problems mentioned. This is important because the first step in overcoming is acknowledging the truth.
Regarding the first issue mentioned, Pornography is a form of sexual immorality. Sexual immorality is a serious sin in the Bible. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB says, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Furthermore, Jesus Himself extends this to the heart and mind in Matthew 5:28 WEB But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Overthinking can be tied to anxiety, which the Bible addresses as well. Philippians 4:6 WEB says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
Concerning temper, Ephesians 4:31 WEB says, Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice.
Regarding forgiveness, Ephesians 4:32 WEB says, And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
Finally, to address bad spirits, we acknowledge their reality and understand they are not to be taken lightly or engaged directly. We can not combat them alone but gain authority over them through a relationship with Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:4 WEB says, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Anonymous, who is burdened by these challenges. First, forgive them for any sexual immorality or lust of the heart. Remove this temptation and any others that may be additions to this. Please equip them with the strength to flee from sexual immorality and honor their body as Your temple.
Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind against overthinking and anxiety, following the scripture Philippians 4:7 WEB And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Heavenly Father, we pray for their temper to be a better reflection of the fruit of the spirit in Galatians 5:22 WEB which says But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Thank you for the amazing gift of forgiveness through Jesus Christ. Help Anonymous extend this gift of forgiveness to others. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any bad spirit(s) that may be affecting Anonymous's life. By the blood of Jesus and through his name, we command these spirits to be gone.
Remember, Anonymous, that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
In closing, Father, we ask for Your will to be done in Anonymous's life. We pray for their faith to be strengthened, their hope to be renewed, and their love for You to be deepened. May the name of Jesus Christ be glorified in their life and situation. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
