Pray for me. As I'm getting habit of watching TV and mobile phone. Staying late night. Getting late for sleep. I waste time in watching TV and mobile phone. Sleeps late at night, hurry-burry to bed at night, simply wasting time. Pray request for me for freedom from this addiction bondage. Don't let me watch TV and see mobile phone much. Don't let give so much importance to both. Only when it's needed then only. To stay conscious mind. And do work well, stay busy with my work. Free me from this addiction. Don't let waste time, and go to bed in time at night and wake up in time in the morning. Thnx for your all prayers for me. Amen

Heavenly Father, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is struggling with the habit of watching TV and using their mobile phone excessively, staying up late at night, and wasting precious time. Lord, we ask for your intervention and deliverance from this bondage of addiction. Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:12, "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be dominated by anything." We pray that you would help ### to prioritize their time and use it wisely, focusing on the things that are beneficial and edifying.

Lord, we ask that you would grant ### the strength and self-control to resist the temptation to spend excessive time watching TV and using their mobile phone. Help them to be conscious of their actions and to stay focused on their responsibilities and tasks. Your Word encourages us in Ephesians 5:15-16, "Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time because the days are evil."

Father, we pray for a renewed mind and a heart that desires to seek you above all else. Help ### to find fulfillment and satisfaction in spending time with you and in fulfilling their purpose. May they experience the joy and peace that comes from aligning their priorities with your will. Psalm 90:12 says, "So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom."

We also ask for your grace to establish healthy sleep patterns for ###. Help them to go to bed at a reasonable time and to wake up refreshed and ready to face each day. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 127:2, "It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep."

Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your power to break every chain and to set ### free from this addiction. May they experience your grace and transformation in their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Grant ### the gift of restful sleep, free from anxiety and worry.

Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your power to break every chain and to set ### free from this addiction. May they experience your peace, joy, and freedom as they surrender this area of their life to you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
