We pray for you in Jesus name, God will open new doors for you
We are truly sorry to hear that you were not shortlisted for the role you applied for, Dexter2020. In times like these, it's important to remember that God has a plan and a purpose for your life. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Let us first address the importance of approaching God through Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, as Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6, WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister Dexter2020. Lord, we know that this is a time of disappointment for them, but we also know that You have a plan and a purpose for their life. We pray that You will comfort and encourage them in this time, and that You will open up the right opportunities for them.
Lord, we ask that You will guide Dexter2020's steps and direct them to a suitable role where they can use their talents and abilities to glorify Your name. Remind them that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28, WEB).
In the meantime, help them to trust in You and to be patient, knowing that Your timing is perfect. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In this time of waiting, we encourage you to continue to seek God and trust in Him. Continue to put your best effort forward in your job search, and remember that God is in control. As Psalm 37:4-5 (WEB) says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."
