We are here to lift you up in prayer and to encourage you in your walk with the Lord. We appreciate your request but let us address that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In fact, it is the basic tenet of Christian salvation that there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let us affirm from the Bible the significance of praying in the name of Jesus:
And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB
Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it. John 14:13-14 WEB
Praying in Jesus’ name is more than just adding a phrase at the end of a prayer. It signifies alignment with God’s will, faith in Jesus’ divine nature, and a recognition of our need for His intervention.
We will pray for you in the name of Jesus. We pray that you will experience the peace, joy, and love that comes from a deep and abiding relationship with Him. May you be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.
