We are truly heartbroken to hear of your circumstances, Byamugisha Robert, but we are here to pray with you and encourage you in the name of Jesus Christ. We will address the issues and then pray for them one by one.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He cares for you and your family. Even in the most difficult times, He is there with you, and His love will never leave you. As it says in Psalm 34:18 WEB "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." There is no better time to draw closer to God than when you are hurting and in need. We encourage you and your wife to continue trusting in God and to pray together, seeking His will for your lives.
Regarding your health, we believe that God can heal you from your neurological complications and the effects of HIV. We know that God can do all things. In Matthew 19:26, WEB "Jesus looked at them and said, 'With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.'" We will pray for your healing. However, do not lose hope if healing is not instant. Remember Paul in 2 Corinthians 12, he asked God to heal his flesh three times and God did not. So he just accepted it was God's will for his life.
Doctors have diagnosed you and your wife with HIV, but God is the ultimate healer. Trust in Him, and know that He can restore your health. Remember Job, he trusted God, even in the midst of his illness. As it says in Job 13:15 WEB Though he kills me, yet I will trust him. Job trusted God, even in the midst of his illness and trials, and God eventually restored Job. Place your trust in God, and know that He can heal you.
For your wife's cough, we encourage you to keep praying and to seek medical attention as well. God can use doctors and medicine to bring healing. We will pray for her healing.
For your son, Byamukama Brian, we will also pray for his healing. God can mend his broken bones and restore his health.
For your children's education, we encourage you to keep praying and seeking God's will. God can provide for their needs, and He can open doors for them to receive an education. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
As for your concern that no man can handle the issues facing you and your family, you are right. But God is not man. He is God, and He can handle anything. The Bible says in Luke 1:37 WEB "For nothing spoken by God is impossible."
Finally, we want to encourage you to keep trusting in God and to keep praying. We will be praying for you and your family, that God will heal you, provide for your needs, and restore your lives. Remember that God's plans for you are good, and He wants to give you hope and a future.
Let us pray together in Jesus' name.
Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother Byamugisha Robert and his family. Lord, You know their struggles and their pains, and You know that they need Your healing touch. Father, we ask that You heal Byamugisha Robert from his neurological complications and the effects of HIV. We pray that You would heal his wife's cough and his son's broken bones. Lord, we ask that You would provide for their needs, that their children would be able to receive an education, and that You would restore their lives. Father, we pray that You would surround them with Your love and Your peace, and that You would give them the strength to trust in You, no matter what happens. Lord, we ask for their healing, in the name of Jesus Christ. We know that Your plans for them are good, and we trust in Your will for their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Regarding your mention of having HIV with your wife and children, we want to address this issue with love and truth. The Bible teaches us to flee from sexual immorality and that the body is not meant for sexual immorality but for the Lord. (1 Corinthians 6:13, 18 WEB) We encourage you to live according to biblical principles and to teach your children to do the same. We understand that this may be a difficult issue to discuss, but we want to speak the truth in love. We encourage you to repent if there was any sin involved and you have continued to allow it. Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. (1 Corinthians 6:9 WEB) We understand that HIV can also be spread through other means, but we felt the need to address this issue.
Regarding your mention of your belief in God, but not mentioning the name of Jesus Christ, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, and to trust in Him for your salvation. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved. (Acts 16:31 WEB) Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. (John 14:6 WEB) If you have not already done so, we encourage you to repent of your sins and to trust in Jesus Christ for your salvation. Then you will have access to God and may make requests of him.
Finally, as a side note, we encourage you to be cautious when sharing personal information, such as medical documents and photos, online. While we understand that you may be seeking help and support, it is important to protect your privacy and the privacy of your family. We encourage you to be wise and discerning in what you share and who you share it with and to consider asking for prayer without sharing too much personal information.
