Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of ###, who is struggling with racing thoughts and troubling thoughts. Your Word tells us, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you" (Isaiah 26:3). Lord, we ask that You grant ### Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.
Father, we also recall the words from Philippians 4:6-7: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that ### may find solace in these promises and that Your peace will guard their heart and mind.
Lord, we know that You are the God of all comfort and that You care deeply for Your children. Help ### to cast all anxieties upon You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). May Your Holy Spirit bring clarity and calmness to ###'s mind, replacing racing and troubling thoughts with Your truth and love.
