Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16, WEB), and He desires for marriages to be reconciled and healed. It's also important to address the root cause of the issues in your marriage, which you've identified as a gambling addiction.

Gambling is a form of greed and love for money, which the Bible warns against: "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." (1 Timothy 6:10, WEB)

Let us pray for your husband, that God will deliver him from this addiction, and for your marriage, that it will be restored and strengthened.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Lorane's marriage to You. Lord, we ask that You intervene in her husband's life, breaking the chains of gambling addiction, and setting him free from the love of money. Please bring conviction to his heart, and help him turn away from these destructive behaviors. We also pray for Lorane, that You will give her strength, wisdom, and patience as she navigates this difficult time. Help her to love and support her husband in a godly way, while also setting healthy boundaries. We ask that You will heal and restore their marriage, drawing them closer to You and to each other.
