*In Jesus' Name*
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of this man who is struggling with alcohol addiction. We lift him up to you, knowing that you are the God of deliverance and healing. We ask that you would intervene in his life, breaking the chains of addiction and setting him free from the bondage of alcohol. Your Word says in Psalm 107:20, "He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction." We pray for your healing touch to be upon him, both physically and spiritually.
Lord, we also lift up the person living with this man, who practices animal sacrifices as a part of their belief system. We pray that you would open their eyes to the truth of your love and grace. Help them to see the emptiness and darkness of their current practices and lead them to the light of your salvation. Your Word reminds us in 2 Corinthians 4:4, "The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ." We ask that you would remove the spiritual blindness from their eyes and draw them closer to you.
Father, we pray for both individuals to encounter your transforming power and experience the freedom that comes through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We know that nothing is impossible for you, and we trust in your unfailing love and mercy. May your Holy Spirit work in their hearts, convicting them of sin and leading them to repentance.
We also pray for the surrounding community, that they may be protected from any harm caused by these practices. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this situation, Lord.
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you are able to bring about miraculous change and restoration. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
