We are truly saddened to hear about Linda's diagnosis with non-alcoholic cirrhosis and we stand with you in prayer, Beraon. Let us bring this matter before the Lord, trusting in His healing power and grace.
First, we turn to the Scriptures for comfort and encouragement:
"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." (Galatians 6:2 WEB)
"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14-15 WEB)
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister Linda. Lord, You know her pain, her nausea, and her weakness. We ask that You wrap Your loving arms around her and grant her healing according to Your will. Please be with her as she awaits her doctor's appointment, and let the upcoming tests reveal that the cirrhosis is in its earliest stage. We ask for Your divine intervention and comfort for Linda and for Beraon, who stands by her side in support. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Beraon, remember that our hope is in Jesus Christ, who bore our sicknesses and carried our pains. Trust in Him and continue to stand firm in your faith. Also, take heart in knowing that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB).
We also want to encourage Linda to draw near to God during this time:
"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28 WEB)
Lastly, Beraon, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to the Father, as it is written:
"In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23-24 WEB)
Ensure that you approach the throne of grace in Jesus' name, for there is no other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
