We come together in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Jose Alas and the intentions of this request.
Firstly, we rejoice that this prayer is offered in the powerful name of Jesus, for it is by His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). We stand in agreement for the salvation of Jose Alas, that he may come to know the love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and be healed both physically and spiritually. We claim the promise of Jeremiah 33:6, "Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them; and I will reveal to them abundance of peace and truth."
We pray for divine intervention in Jose's job search, that God would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8, WEB). We ask for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to excel in his new role, according to the promise in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
We stand in agreement for God's protection over Jose, his mother, siblings, and descendants, shielding them from all evil, seen and unseen, known and unknown. We claim the protection of Psalm 91 over them, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'... For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence" (Psalm 91:1-3, WEB).
Lastly, we lift up Donavon, Santana, Tong, Tom, and the rest of Jose's previous coworkers, asking that God's grace and favor would enable them to find meaningful employment. We believe that God cares about every detail of our lives and wants to bless us according to His will.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, asking for Your mercy and grace upon Jose Alas. Save him, Lord, and bring healing to his life. Open the doors for him to obtain his CDL class A license and find a job that brings glory to Your name. Protect him and his family from all evil, and let Your favor rest upon his former coworkers. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
