We understand that you are seeking prayer for job and financial security. We are here to intercede on your behalf and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our financial needs and employment. In Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, Jesus says, Do not be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and His righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, knowing that He is the one who provides for all our needs. As we pray for your financial and job security, we also pray that you will come to know Jesus more deeply and experience His peace and provision.
Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up this person who is seeking Your help for job and financial security. We ask that You open the doors of opportunity for them and provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to trust in You and to seek first Your kingdom and righteousness. We also pray that they will come to know You more personally and experience the salvation that comes through Your name alone.
If not already done, we encourage the one who requested prayer to also believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. This would be a good time to make sure the one who requested prayer has surrendered their life to Jesus and believe on Him for forgiveness of sins, and to receive eternal life. If believing, it is important to also pursue godliness and the disciplines of the faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
