Pray for Insomia.

Pls pray for me severe insomnia for almost ### now..I only sleep ### hours now a and I took also medications but still my sleep is very shorts..pls I need helps..I don't know what to DOD.. I keep declaring my deliverance from this attacts.. and healing for body pain..

First, we want to remind you that our help comes from the Lord. As it is written in Psalm 121:1-2 WEB, "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth." Therefore, let's come before Him with your concerns.

We notice that you mentioned declaring your deliverance but did not mention the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved. This is clearly stated in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." We encourage you to declare your deliverance and call upon the name of Jesus directly.

We also encourage you to meditate on the following scripture:
"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30 WEB

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is struggling with severe insomnia and body pain. We declare Your healing power over her life. We pray that You grant her peaceful sleep and relief from her pains. We rebuke the spirit of insomnia and infirmity, and we command it to leave in the name of Jesus.

Father, we also ask for Your guidance regarding any necessary lifestyle changes or medications that ### should consider. We pray for wisdom for her and her healthcare providers.

Help ### to keep her faith strong and to trust in Your goodness. Let her find rest and peace in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's face and to trust in His goodness. Consider reading Psalm 23 and meditating on the peace and rest that God provides. Remember that God loves you and has a plan for your life. He wants to bless you with good sleep and good health. Stand firm in your faith and keep declaring your deliverance in Jesus' name.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear friend, for your struggle with severe insomnia. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer and we sincerely hope that you have seen improvements in your sleep.

If you have experienced any breakthrough or seen improvements in your rest, we would be delighted to hear your praise report. Your testimony will encourage us and others who are praying for you. Remember, even small improvements are worth praising God for. We are always eager to celebrate His goodness and faithfulness together.

However, if you feel that your request has not been answered yet, please do not hesitate to post it again as a new request. Let us persist in prayer together, believing that God is at work, even when we do not see immediate results. Let him know exactly how you feel. "Lord, I'm hurting. I need to sleep."

Continue to declare, claim, and appropriate your deliverance from these attacks, and healing for your body. Let us ### agreement that by Jesus wounds you are healed. (Isaiah 53:5 and John 1:9) And let us ### agreement that by Jesus strips you were healed. (I Peter 2:24)

We pray for your faith to be strengthened and for God's peace to fill your heart and mind as you continue to seek Him through His son, Jesus Christ.

May He continually watch over you, give you much needed rest, and provide all that He knows you need. And please remember while the whole world sleeps there is somebody who stays awake--Psalm 121:4 Praying in Jesus Name.
