We stand with you in prayer, dear brother or sister in Christ, as you seek protection for innocent African American Christian men in San Diego, California. We are reminded in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Donโt be afraid, for I am with you. Donโt be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the innocent African American Christian men in San Diego who are being unjustly targeted by crooked law enforcement officers. Lord, You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You intervene on their behalf. Protect them from wrongful accusations, unlawful searches, and unjust imprisonment. Expose the corruption and bring those responsible to justice.
We claim Your promise in Psalm 34:18 (WEB), "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Comfort those who are being wrongfully harassed and strengthen their faith in You. Remind them that You are their shield and defender, and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We also pray for the law enforcement officers in San Diego. Lord, soften their hearts and bring conviction upon those who are acting unjustly. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn from their wickedness. We pray that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and that their lives would be transformed by His love and grace.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to stand firm in your faith and trust in the power of God to bring justice to this situation. Remember the words of Romans 8:31 (WEB), "What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" Know that God is with you and that He will never leave you nor forsake you.
We also commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Continue to lift up your requests to God in Jesus' name, trusting that He hears and answers your prayers according to His will.
