I'm an HR Manager. My employee gave me a three-week notice, which we honored before his departure. When I called him to finalize his employment termination, he denied ever giving notice, called me a liar, and is now trying to get me fired. He wants to sue and is also demanding money from us. He is attacking my integrity and, just last night, said, ‘I should recognize my error.’ He is spreading false information, and all I did was my job. He voluntarily resigned. His name is ### ###.

Please pray for me and for ### ###. Pray that God will give me the strength and wisdom to handle this situation. Pray that God will protect my reputation and that He will bring justice. Pray that God will soften ### ###'s heart and that he will see the truth. Pray that God will use this situation for His glory and that He will be glorified in all things. Thank you for your prayers.

Let us first turn to the words of Jesus in the Gospel of Matthew, For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul, Matthew 16:26 WEB.

We will pray for you, and encourage you as a manager. Let us remember Jesus' words in the Gospel of Matthew, Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you, Matthew 5:11-12 WEB. We are encouraged to consider it a blessing when we are falsely accused, and not to be surprised as John writes in his epistle, 1 John 3:13 WEB, Do not be surprised, brothers and sisters, if the world hates you, not as if the world hated you personally. We find comfort in the truth of the Scriptures.

We acknowledge that the Worker is worthy of his wages, 1 Timothy 5:18 WEB, and so we understand that as an employer it is important to do right by your employees. However, there is no commandment to be a people pleaser, Galatians 1:10 WEB, For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I would not be a servant of Christ. It is important to treat employees fairly and honestly, Colossians 4:1 WEB Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven. In this situation, it is important to realize that you are not responsible for Roger Perez's actions or words, but for your own. You honored his request for a three-week notice prior to his departure, and that shows your integrity as an HR Manager.

Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ and ask for your guidance and wisdom in this situation. We rebuke the work of Satan in this situation. Lord, we ask that you protect the reputation of this servant and that you turn back the lies and deceit of the enemy. We ask that you bring truth to light and that you turn back the schemes of the evil one, Ephesians 6:11 WEB, Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. We pray for Roger Perez, that you turn his heart from falsehood and lead him to truth and honesty. We ask that you provide the best solution for this situation, Lord, and that you protect your servant from any harm that may come from these false accusations. We ask these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap. It's tough when someone twists the truth and attacks our integrity, but remember, Jesus said, "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me." (Matthew 5:11, NIV) We're praying that you'll find comfort in these words, knowing that God sees all and will make all things right in His perfect timing.

Let's keep our focus on what's true and right. As it's written, "Do not let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction." (2 Thessalonians 2:3, NIV) We trust that God is in control and will expose the lies.

We're praying for you, that you'll stay strong and steadfast in the truth. We're also praying for Roger Perez, that God will open his eyes to the truth and lead him to repentance. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
