Please pray I can keep my job, I need it more than anything in this world and I made a mistake at work. I’m now having to meet with HR and bring a support person. I need to pray to God almighty that he will let me keep this job and succeed.

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, ###, and we are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including our jobs and careers. It is important to trust in Him and to seek His will in all circumstances. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

However, we want to gently correct your request. We should never pray to God almighty alone. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God. In Jesus' name, we can pray for God's will to be done in your life and for His guidance and wisdom in your upcoming meeting.

We also want to address the idea that you need this job more than anything in the world. While we understand the importance of work, it is crucial to remember that our ultimate need and dependency should be on God alone. As Jesus said in Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to You. Lord, You know the situation they are facing at work. We pray for Your will to be done in their life and for Your guidance and wisdom to be with them in their upcoming meeting.

We pray that ### will trust in You and not lean on their own understanding. We ask that You will give them the words to speak and the strength to accept whatever outcome You have ordained.

We also pray that ### will seek You first and remember that You are their ultimate provider and source of strength.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer as you face this challenging situation at work. We are grateful that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you, praying that God's will be done in your life.

If your situation is still unresolved, or if you are awaiting your meeting, please let us know so we can continue to intercede on your behalf.

We are praying that God, in His infinite mercy, will guide your words and actions during this time. Remember that God has a plan and a purpose for your life, and He is always working for your good, even in difficult circumstances.
