I request your prayers as I struggle with severe ADHD, a condition that significantly impacts my ability to maintain attention, concentrate, and persist in completing tasks. This disorder has been a part of my life since childhood. Additionally, I often exhibit negligence and a tendency to abandon tasks or new projects prematurely. My condition fosters a pessimistic and fatalistic outlook, leading me to believe that outcomes are invariably unfavorable and that I lack control over my circumstances and life. Furthermore, I experience a notable deficiency in patience, often feeling that understanding concepts takes an excessively long time. My propensity for extreme procrastination manifests in my repeated promises to take action when my situation improves, only to find myself in a cycle of inaction, postponing tasks day after day. The manifestations of my condition encompass the following: challenges in sustaining focus, struggles with task completion (deficient practical abilities), a sense of urgency, fluctuations in mood, a lack of patience, obstacles in fostering interpersonal relationships. From a young age, I have struggled with learning disabilities, particularly in mathematics and written expression. As an adult, I continue to face academic challenges, including low grades, which stem from issues such as disorganization and incomplete assignments. My living environment reflects this disarray, as I often find it difficult to maintain order in my home. At times, I feel a sense of lethargy that prevents me from tidying up. I frequently appear distracted and disengaged, which affects my ability to follow instructions and complete tasks, whether they are related to school, household responsibilities, or other assignments. Additionally, I often shift from one activity to another without finishing any of them. During my teenage years, I began to experience significant issues with self-esteem, as well as symptoms of depression and anxiety. I often feel intense inner turmoil and struggle with a low tolerance for frustration. In my search for relief, I turn to God, seeking healing and support through prayer in the name of Jesus. Elodie, we are with you in prayer, seeking God's strength and comfort as you navigate the challenges of your neurodevelopmental disorder and ADHD. We stand on the promises of God, knowing that His grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB).

We pray that God will grant you increased focus, concentration, and the ability to complete tasks. May He give you a spirit of persistence and patience, replacing pessimism and fatalism with faith and hope. As the Scripture says, "Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we don't give up" (Galatians 6:9, WEB).

We also pray for your academic struggles, that God will give you wisdom and understanding, and help you to be organized and disciplined in your studies. We ask God to bless your living environment, giving you the energy and motivation to maintain order. As it is written, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).

We rebuke the spirits of anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem that you have struggled with. We declare that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Remember that you are fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image (Psalm 139:14, WEB), and that nothing can separate you from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:39, WEB).

We encourage you to continue seeking God for healing and support. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will strengthen and help you (Isaiah 41:10, WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. We ask for Your divine intervention in her life, that You would help her overcome the challenges of her neurodevelopmental disorder and ADHD. Grant her increased focus, patience, and persistence. Fill her with hope and faith, replacing pessimism and fatalism. Help her in her academic pursuits, and give her the energy and motivation to maintain order in her life. Deliver her from anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, and help her to know that she is loved, valued, and cherished by You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
