Dizzy or Vertigo

I was dizzy a few years ago and it was caused by a lack of electrolytes (calcium, sodium and potassium)
Electrolytes regulate everything in your body- heart, lungs, brain, kidneys, etc. Try taking these supplements or
drink Gador Aid (it has electrolytes in it) and see if it helps. It worked for me.

Dizziness can also be caused by inner ear problems. This sometimes happens after a cold and they get out of balance. There are exercises that can correct that also. Just Google exercises for dizziness.

Thank you for your suggestion.. maybe you're right too. Recently I had ear surgery.. because of that maybe. Might feel better after some days when I'm fully okay. Thank you for your prayers too. Keep praying for me. I'm okay.
