We understand that you are seeking prayer for the purchase of a new flat, both for yourself and one for your mother. It is wonderful that you are including Jesus in your request, as it is through Him that we can approach God's throne with confidence. As it is written in Hebrews 4:16 (WEB), "Let's therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Basrillon's needs to You. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance as they seek to purchase a new flat. Guide them to the perfect place that fits within their budget and meets their needs. We also pray for the flat they intend to buy for their mother, asking that it would be a place of comfort and blessing.
Lord, we know that every good gift comes from You (James 1:17). We ask that You provide for Basrillon and their mother according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). May this new home be a place where they can honor You and grow in their relationship with You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
