Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of ###, who is experiencing anxiety and uncertainty while waiting for an HR decision after a background check. Lord, You know the situation and the concerns that weigh heavily on ###'s heart. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your plans, which are to prosper us and not to harm us, to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that You would open the right doors for ### and provide clarity and assurance during this waiting period. Help ### to cast all anxieties on You, knowing that You care deeply for each one of us (1 Peter 5:7).
Lord, we also ask for Your favor upon ###'s application and background check. May the HR decision come swiftly and be favorable, aligning with Your will for ###'s life. Strengthen ###'s faith and patience during this time, and remind ### of Your faithfulness and provision.
