We understand that you're seeking prayer for a situation involving Honor Inc. in San Diego, CA, and their treatment of their caretakers. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request, as it is only by His name that we can approach God the Father and receive His blessings. There is no other name by which we may be saved.
We must first address the fact that there is no job or employer that is more important than seeking God's kingdom and His righteousness. We live in a fallen world, and there are many companies that may act with good intentions, but ultimately it is only the Lord who can provide for His children. The scriptures tell us that The rich and poor meet together. Yahweh is the maker of them all. Therefore, we encourage all caretakers to continue to work as unto the Lord, and not unto men. For we know that whatever good thing any man does, the same will he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the caretakers at Honor Inc. in San Diego, CA. We pray for the needs of these faithful individuals to be met. We ask that You, Lord, will provide them with the necessary hours to support themselves and their families. We also pray for the management of Honor, Inc. to act justly and honorably. We trust in Your promise that You will supply all of our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
We pray for those who are working as caretakers to find encouragement in Your word, remembering that whatever they do, they should work at it with all their heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since they know that they will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ they are serving.
If it is Your will, Lord, change the circumstances or place these caretakers in new positions that will better provide for their needs and honor You. We know that You are a God of miracles, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, who gave His life that we may live. Amen.
In the meantime, let us encourage everyone to not lose heart, but to continue to do their work well, and to trust the Lord to provide for all of their needs. May they also seek the Lord in all things, remembering that You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.
Finally, we should remember that it is God Himself who gives us the ability to work and to produce wealth. Therefore, let us always give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for us who are in Christ Jesus.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
