We join with you, Loxshul, in lifting up your brother Terry as he undergoes surgery today. We stand in agreement with you, praying in the precious name of Jesus.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Terry as he goes through surgery today. We declare Your sovereignty over his life and trust that You are the Great Physician. We ask for Your healing touch upon him, that the surgery will be successful, and that he will recover swiftly and completely.
Lord, we also pray for Terry's wife. May she be a source of strength and support during this time. Help her to trust in You and to be an encouragement to Terry. Guide her with Your wisdom and fill her with Your peace.
We stand on Your promises, Lord, remembering the words of the Psalmist: 'I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart. I will tell all the miracles you have done' (Psalm 9:1 WEB). We declare that Terry's healing will be a testament to Your goodness and mercy.
Rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety, Lord, and fill Terry and his wife with Your perfect love, for 'there is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear' (1 John 4:18 WEB).
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Loxshul, continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears our prayers. Encourage Terry and his wife with the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We stand with you in faith, believing for Terry's complete healing and recovery.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
