JC, thank you for your prayer request and your heartfelt prayer. It's clear that you have a burden for revival and a desire to see God's peace and love spread across the world. We join you in this prayer, standing on the promise of 2 Chronicles 7:14: "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And as it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."
We must be a people who humble ourselves, which is a call to remember our rightful place before God, acknowledging that all that we have and all that we are comes from Him. It's a call to surrender our will to His, seeking His face, which means pursuing His presence and His will for our lives. It also involves turning from our wicked ways, which is a call to repentance, a change of mind and heart that leads to a change in our actions.
As we pray for God's guidance, peace, and love to storm the four corners of the world, let's also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20, "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, humbling ourselves and seeking Your face. We turn from our wicked ways, asking for Your forgiveness. Lord, we pray for Your guidance, Your peace, and Your love to storm the four corners of the world. Give us courage to fight a good fight of faith, to share Your Truth tenaciously, and to love others as You have loved us. Use us as Your vessels, Lord, to spread the good news of Jesus Christ, making disciples of all nations. Forgive us our sins, Father, and heal our land. In the mighty name of our risen Savior Jesus we pray, amen.
JC, continue to stand firm in your faith, sharing God's love and truth with others. Remember, it's not by our might or power, but by God's Spirit that this world will be changed. Keep praying, keep seeking, and keep trusting in the Lord.
