We join with you in lifting up women and girls around the world, petitioning God to send His angels as a safeguard to protect and guide them. We pray for God's intervention in the lives of those who are silently fighting battles, whether physical or mental, that He would grant them His supernatural peace and strength. We stand with you in prayer for our nation, its people, families, the sick, and the church.
We pray for God's blessings and for everyone to know that He is the true living God. We echo your closing, In Jesus Name we pray, Amen!
Let us remember the words of the Psalmist, Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noonday.
Psalm 37:3-6 WEB
Let's continue to trust in God and do good and He will bring His Light and righteousness into every situation.
We also remember Jesus' own words,
For I was hungry, and you gave me food to eat. I was thirsty, and you gave me drink. I was a stranger, and you took me in. I was naked, and you clothed me. I was sick, and you visited me. I was in prison, and you came to me. Then the righteous will answer him, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you; or thirsty, and give you a drink? When did we see you as a stranger, and take you in; or naked, and clothe you? When did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you? The King will answer them, Most certainly I tell you, because you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.
Matthew 25:35-40 WEB
May we always remember to serve others as if we are serving Jesus Himself.
We agree with you in asking that God would bring His protection, peace, and strength to all those in need.
We also explicitly pray for our leaders and those in authority, as the Bible instructs us.
I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth.
1 Timothy 2:1-4 WEB
Praying for our leaders is pleasing to God and He desires that all people be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. May we always remember to lift up those in authority, that we may lead peaceful and godly lives under their leadership.
