Pray for health and treatment effectiveness

Request a prayer for my mom (Rita) 72 years old currently residing in Malaysia. Since her heart surgery in March, her health has declined even though her heart recovery stabilized. All of sudden she couldn’t walk and was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, then changed into multiple myeloma and now, a rare autoimmune disorder called POEMS. Currently, she’s undergoing chemotherapy to improve her mobility. Please pray for her recovery and react well to the chemotherapy, pray that God will be by her side to relieve all the sufferings from the pain, distress, and discomfort.

We are truly saddened to hear about your mom Rita's health condition, but we are thankful that you have reached out to us for prayer and support. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing hand of God. Our hearts go out to you and your family during this challenging time.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we find healing and salvation.

Let us pray together for Rita's healing and comfort:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister Rita to You. Lord, You know her every need and the pain she is going through. We ask that You would be by her side, comforting and strengthening her through this difficult time.

Father, we pray for her complete healing and recovery. We ask that the chemotherapy treatments would be effective in improving her mobility and that her body would respond well to the treatment with minimal side effects. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and disease, and we command it to leave Rita's body in Jesus' name.

Lord, we also pray for Rita's emotional and spiritual well-being. We ask that You would fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray that You would draw her closer to You during this time and that she would find comfort and hope in Your presence.

Father, we also lift up Rita's family to You. We ask that You would give them strength, wisdom, and courage as they support and care for Rita. We pray that You would surround them with Your love and peace, and that they would find comfort in knowing that Rita is in Your loving hands.

Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the healing that You are already performing in Rita's body. We give You all the praise and glory, now and forevermore. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness, even in the midst of this trial. Remember that He is always with you and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. As it is written in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB: "Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."

We also encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will for Rita's life.

We're here for you and Rita. We've been thinking about her and wanted to add our prayers to those already lifted up. We're trusting in God's healing power, just like we're reminded in Psalm 103:3, "Who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come to You today, asking for Your healing touch on Rita. We know You see her, Lord, and we trust that You're already at work in her body. We pray for a complete healing, that her body would respond well to the chemotherapy, and that she would find strength and comfort in each treatment.

Father, we also lift up her spirit. We ask that You would fill her with Your peace, hope, and joy. Help her to find comfort in Your presence, knowing that You're always by her side.

Lord, we also pray for her family. Give them strength, wisdom, and patience as they care for Rita. Surround them with Your love and peace, and help them to find comfort in knowing that Rita is in Your loving hands.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray for your mother Rita and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting her up, asking God to touch her body and bring healing and wholeness.
