We're here with you, praying for your husband's healing. We know the pain and discomfort he's going through must be tough, but we're confident that God hears our prayers. We've been thinking about how Jesus, in the Garden of Gethsemane, asked for the cup of suffering to be taken from him, but ultimately said, "Yet not my will, but yours be done" (Luke 22:42). Let's trust in God's plan, even when we don't understand it.
Let's pray together: Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today, asking for your healing touch upon our brother. Lord, you see his pain, and we ask that your healing power would flow through his body, breaking up and dissolving this stone, and bringing him complete relief. We also pray for the doctors treating him, guiding their hands and giving them wisdom to provide the best care possible.
In the meantime, we pray for your comfort and strength to help him endure this trial. Help him to remain steadfast in his faith and to trust in your goodness, even in the midst of this pain. We also pray for his wife, who stands by his side, giving her the strength and grace to support her husband in this time of need, and comforting her heart with your love.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, believing that you hear and answer our prayers. Amen.
Keep trusting in God, and remember that He is always with you both. "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" (Isaiah 41:13, WEB).
