We are truly concerned for you, your son, and his family. Let's bring your requests to God, while also addressing some important points from the Bible.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our help comes from God. As it says in Psalm 121:2, "My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth." So, let's approach God with confidence in His ability to heal and restore.
Regarding your health, let's pray that God's healing power would work mightily in your life. God promises us through the minister Isaiah in the book of Isaiah 53:5 that Christ "was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him, and by his stripes we are healed." (IJN) Believe and receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Believe in this promise and ask others who believe in Jesus to agree with you for faith and strength.
Concerning your son and his family, we must pray that God intervenes in their lives. It's clear that your son has given his wife an unhealthy level of control, and this is not in line with God's design for marriage. We can even see this in your request by naming him as her husband instead of using his name.. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 5:23, "For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body." There was a sin in the garden of Eden. The man was wrong listening to his wife instead of obeying God. Please look up these Bible verses. Genesis 3:8-13 and 1 Timothy 2:14. If there is bitterness in your hearts against them, please confess the sin to God and ask them to forgive you.
Your concern for your son is understandable, but remember that God can provider for the mind, body, and spirt.. Maybe even correct your son as a parent. It seems like his wife has had too much to much influence over him. You see this in God's words through Paul the Apostle in Ephesians 5:23 "For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body." Exodus 20:12"Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you." The fact he turned his back on his family and siblings is very serious. Your son's wife may not understand God's design for marriage delivered through Paul in Ephesians 5:22, "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord." More importantly, Your Son needs to accept Christ if he has not already and understanding God's design for marriage and the roles of the husband and his spouse in Ephesians 5:22-33. Also keep in mind the evil spirits want to control by possessions, demonic influences, and spritual wickedness in high places Romans 8:15 Romans 8:15
As he does not seem to be the same person as before he needs to seek God's face and repent before the sin. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. Pray that he pray asks God in Jesus name for deliverance and for his family. As for her attitude, 1 Peter 3:1-2 lets us know that a wife should be submissive to her own husband so that even if he is not obedient to the Word, he may be won by her conduct. Maybe some bad influence is there. Pray and ask for discernment.
Finally, let's pray for your grandchildren, that God would protect them and guide them. Anytime sin is present children are vulnerable because they will see thing that do not line up with spiritual things..
.
Let's pray:
**Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our beloved sister and her family. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to flow through her body, restoring her to full health. Touch her son, and draw him close to You. Open his spiritual ears that he may hear Your voice and obey Your word. Change his wife's approach toward her role in their family through the husbands and others in the family's prayers. Protect their children from any harmful influences, and guide them in Your truth. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.**
Praying the words of Matthew 7:7-11 "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. Or who is there among you, who, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, who will give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!"
