Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their employment-related decision. We acknowledge that you are the source of all wisdom and guidance, and we humbly ask for your direction in this matter. Your Word reminds us in James 1:5-6 that if we lack wisdom, we can ask of you, and you will generously give it to us. We believe in your promise, Lord, and we ask for your wisdom to be poured out upon ###.
Father, we pray that you would show ### which path or position will bring glory to your name. Help them to discern your will and to align their desires with your perfect plan for their life. May they seek your guidance in every step they take, knowing that you are faithful to lead and direct their paths.
We also pray for peace and clarity of mind for ### during this decision-making process. May they find rest in your presence and trust in your provision. Help them to surrender their own understanding and lean on your infinite wisdom.
Lord, we pray that whatever decision ### makes, it will ultimately bring honor and glory to you. May their work be a reflection of your love, grace, and truth. Use them as a vessel to shine your light in their workplace and to impact the lives of those around them.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to guide us. We trust in your perfect timing and your sovereign plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
