Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Thoseron and their employment-related decision. We acknowledge that you are the source of all wisdom and guidance, and we humbly ask for your direction in this matter. Your Word reminds us in James 1:5-6 that if we lack wisdom, we can ask of you, and you will generously give it to us. We believe in your promise, Lord, and we ask for your wisdom to be poured out upon Thoseron.
Father, we pray that you would show Thoseron which path or position will bring glory to your name. Help them to discern your will and to align their desires with your perfect plan for their life. May they seek your guidance in every step they take, knowing that you are faithful to lead and direct their paths.
We also pray for peace and clarity of mind for Thoseron during this decision-making process. May they find rest in your presence and trust in your provision. Help them to surrender their own understanding and lean on your infinite wisdom.
Lord, we pray that whatever decision Thoseron makes, it will ultimately bring honor and glory to you. May their work be a reflection of your love, grace, and truth. Use them as a vessel to shine your light in their workplace and to impact the lives of those around them.
