Pray for God to ensure that all ### will be employed at a full-time permanent basis with high pay to survive. Pray that ### on the other hand would be employed on contract basis, and there will be a reduction of ### to no ### worker working in ### to protect ### livelihood in our country. Companies are favoring ### over ### just because they are cheap resulting in a great unemployment rate amongst ### but employment rate of ###. It had also resulted in ### boycotting ### companies due to the abovementioned as currently ### are underpaid and exploit to long working hours to mostly contractual job as the ### government treated her people unfairly in their country. This ### worker policies had resulted in ### go to nearby ### to buy goods while boycotting ### companies. Besides, there is a high crime rate which we previously did not experience however with those ### around ### are feeling unsafe. So, pray that ### workforce will only hire ### and no ### like how it was in the 80s and 90s. Resulting in poor ### but rich ### and sadly a lot of ### want to migrate overseas because of the biasness towards ### as a result of the companies in ### discriminate locals.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our beloved nation of ###. Lord, we pray for Your divine intervention in the employment situation in our country. We ask that You ensure all ### are employed on a full-time, permanent basis with high pay, so they can provide for their families and live with dignity. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your provision, Lord.

Father, we also pray for a fair and just employment policy that prioritizes the well-being of ###. We ask that foreigners be employed on a contract basis and that there be a reduction in the number of foreign workers, to protect the livelihood of our citizens. We seek Your wisdom and guidance for our leaders and companies, that they may make decisions that honor and uplift the local workforce.

Lord, we are concerned about the favoritism shown towards foreign workers due to lower costs, which has led to high unemployment rates among ###. We pray for a change in this situation, that companies will value and prioritize local talent. We ask for Your justice to prevail, as it is written in Psalm 37:28, "For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones."

We also lift up the safety and security of our nation. With the increase in crime rates, we ask for Your protection over all ###. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we pray for a return to the times when ### felt secure and valued in their own country. We ask that You restore fairness and equity in the workforce, so that our citizens do not feel the need to migrate overseas. May Your favor rest upon our nation, and may Your will be done in all aspects of our society.
