Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend Gordon who is currently in the hospital. We humbly ask for Your divine intervention and healing touch upon his body, specifically his liver that is shutting down. Lord, we know that nothing is impossible for You, and we believe in Your power to restore and heal.
In Mark 10:27, Jesus said, "With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God." We hold onto this promise, knowing that You are able to bring healing and restoration to Gordon's liver. We ask that You would guide the doctors and medical professionals attending to him, granting them wisdom and discernment in their treatment.
We also pray for comfort and strength for Gordon during this challenging time. May Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7. Surround him with Your love and presence, reminding him that he is not alone in this battle.
Lord, we lift up Dennis G! as well, who has reached out to us with this prayer request. Grant him peace and assurance as he intercedes for his friend. Strengthen his faith and fill him with hope, knowing that You are the ultimate healer and provider.
We declare Your healing power over Gordon's body, believing that You will restore his liver and bring about a miraculous recovery. May Your name be glorified through this situation, and may Gordon's testimony be a testament to Your faithfulness and love.
