Pray for forgiveness and heal

Lord please heal me from afflictions. Soothe my anxiety about work. Please help me to keep my job and make better choices. Please Jesus guide me to be a shining example of you at all times. Pray for forgiveness of my sins and Jesus please grant me mercy that I don’t deserve. Help me to be a better Christian at all times. I want to be a better example and live with a pure heart.

We are grateful for your heartfelt request, SavedByGrace1283, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the Lord Jesus Christ and recognize His power to heal, guide, and forgive. As it is only by His name that we have access to God.

Firstly, let us address the issue of forgiveness. We are all sinners, separated from God by our disobedience. However, God, in His infinite love, sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to pay the price for our sins. As it is written,

For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

And,

but God shows his love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

To receive forgiveness, we must repent of our sins, believe in Jesus Christ, and confess Him as our Lord and Savior. As you have acknowledged Jesus in your prayer, we trust that you have taken these steps. If not, we encourage you to do so now.

Let us pray for your healing and deliverance from afflictions. In the Bible, we are told,

Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

Heavenly Father, thank You so much for Your love for us. We pray now that You would make Your guiding hand known as we lift this person to you and pray for relief from their feelings of anxiety. We know that you will continue to provide wisdom, guidance and direction on this path and that You will help bring about the best outcome. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
