Pray for favor of the Lord and men for my parents and efficiency of representatives of tenants

1) Please pray for the favor of the Lord for my parents to sell their appartement. For this to happen, the representatives of tenants should allow the repair of my parents balcony. Please pray that they will not block this to happen (like they have done it till this moment, because they had other priorities?! - parts of the balcony can fall on someone and hurt or kill them.)

2) Also please pray that representatives of the building (3 not really honest women) will be honest and work for the good of the tenants and not for their own interests. Pray for preventing of any kind of deceit or theft (our ex representative have stolen alots of money) in Jesus name. My parents also have coacroaches in the building ( particulary kitchen), its disguasting. Please pray that they will desinsect the building properly and regularly or remove containers with garbage outside of the building. Amen.
