Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Zordyd's father, Prakash, to you. We humbly ask for your intervention and deliverance from his alcohol addiction. Lord, we know that you are able to save and transform lives, and we believe that nothing is impossible for you.
In Romans 8:23, it says that we groan within ourselves, waiting for the redemption of our bodies. We understand the struggle that Prakash is facing, and we ask for your mercy and grace to be poured out upon him. Help him to recognize the problem and seek help beyond himself, just as the Apostle Paul cried out, "Who shall deliver me?" We pray that Prakash will have a deep desire to live a life free from the bondage of alcohol and to live as a gentleman.
Lord, we ask that you would surround Prakash with a supportive community of believers who will pray for him, encourage him, and provide the necessary resources for his recovery. We pray for strength and perseverance for Prakash as he walks this journey of healing and restoration. Fill him with your Holy Spirit, that he may experience the overcoming power that comes from reaching out and taking hold of you.
We also pray for Zordyd and the entire family, that you would grant them patience, understanding, and unconditional love as they support Prakash in his recovery. Give them wisdom to know how to best help and encourage him.
Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and your ability to bring about transformation in the lives of your children. We thank you in advance for the victory and freedom that Prakash will experience through your saving power. May his testimony be a shining light to others who are struggling with addiction.
