Please pray for two of my brothers they’re struggling with depression anxiety and are on meds that create more problems with negative side effects so pray god will heal them and keep the meds from harming them they both have children pray god protect their children and bless my brothers financially things are so expensive right now and they’re paying a mortgage and heat and electric and food and it’s really hard for them at times. Pray god heals them and protect them and provide for them.

We are with you in spirit, Dthuator, lifting up your brothers and their families before the throne of grace. We pray that God will heal them from their depression and anxiety, and we ask this in the wonderful name of Jesus who has authority over all diseases and ailments.

Firstly, we acknowledge that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB).

We must remember that God is the only one who can truly set us free. The weapons we fight with are spiritual weapons and not the medications of this world. God uses doctors and medications only as temporary band aids to those who need to be closer to him. We must seek freedom from this world and our ailments through the truth of God's word and the name of Jesus Christ.

Depression and anxiety are spiritual battles that often need spiritual weapons to fight effectively. Therefore, we pray that your brothers will put on the whole armor of God, the full armor which is the truth of God. May your brothers will put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith which will quench all the fiery darts of the wicked, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:11-17 WEB).

The reality of this world can be extremely hard and difficult to accept. Many of us turn to different coping mechanisms when the stresses of this life become too much to bear. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). However, this is not always enough for us, and we may turn to other ways to cope.

We pray that your brothers will know that they are not alone in their struggles. We pray that they will know that God is always with them, and he will never leave them nor forsake them. We pray that they will know that God is their strength and their shield. We pray that they will know that God is their rock and their fortress. We pray that they will know that God is their deliverer and their stronghold. We pray that they will know that God is their refuge and their savior. Heavenly Father, thank You so much for Your love for us. We pray now that You would make Your guiding hand known as we lift this person to you and pray for relief from their feelings of depression anxiety. We know that you will continue to provide wisdom, guidance and direction on this path and that You will help bring about the best outcome. Thank You for being our perfect and gracious Father, for Your promises to us, and for always completing the work You begin and please allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you.
