I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We are truly sorry to hear that you are facing such a difficult situation at work. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your experiences at work. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
In dealing with this bully, we must remember what the Bible teaches us about loving our enemies and praying for those who persecute us. Jesus said in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." This does not mean that you should allow the bullying to continue without taking appropriate action, but rather that your first response should be one of love and prayer.
We also encourage you to seek guidance from your superiors or human resources department, as they may be able to intervene and help resolve the situation. It is important to follow the proper channels and procedures at your workplace.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a difficult situation at work. Lord, You know the details of this trial, and we ask that You would intervene and put an end to this bullying. Grant our brother/sister the strength and wisdom to handle this situation with grace and love, and guide them in taking the appropriate steps to resolve it.
We also pray for the bully, Lord. We ask that You would soften their heart and convict them of their actions. Help them to see the error of their ways and to turn away from this harmful behavior. We pray that they would come to know You as their Lord and Savior, and that their life would be transformed by Your love.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would provide comfort and encouragement to our brother/sister during this time. Remind them of Your unfailing love and faithfulness, and help them to rest in Your promises. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. Stay strong in your faith and trust in Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. We are honored that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer against this persistent bullying. If you have seen improvements or deliverance from this situation, please share a praise report and encourage us all. If the bullying continues, please don't hesitate to post an update so we can persist in prayer with you. Remember, we are called to pray continually, and we are here to support you in this. May God bless you and give you strength and peace as you continue to seek Him through His son, Jesus Christ. We pray for your protection and for a change in the heart of the bully.
