We're right there with you, Cerethar, lifting this situation up to the Lord. We've been reflecting on Colossians 4:2, "Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful." Let's keep pressing in, being persistent and thankful in our prayers.
Today, let's pray specifically for the negotiators, that they would be filled with the Holy Spirit's wisdom and guidance. May they listen attentively to each other, seeking understanding and compromise. Let's ask God to soften hearts and open minds, leading to a fair and just agreement that benefits all parties involved.
Let's also remember those affected by the strike - the workers, the customers, and the businesses. May they find grace, patience, and provision during this time.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Lord, we come to You in the name of Jesus. We lift up the national postal strike in Canada. We ask for Your divine intervention in the negotiations today. Fill the negotiators with Your wisdom and understanding, Lord. Help them to communicate effectively and find common ground. We pray for a swift and peaceful resolution, for the sake of all those affected. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We're in this together, Cerethar. Let's keep praying, trusting that God is at work, even when we can't see the results yet. As it says in 2 Corinthians 10:3-4, "For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds."
