The officials, led by Mr Elisha, after failing to get a bribe from her, tricked her to sign that an OFFICIAL FEE equivalent to USD2000 would be deducted from her money in the account held by them. Only to learn it was NOT official fee but a bribe, and they need it in CASH FORM B4 they notify the Bank to release her cash. DIVINE INTERVENTION NEEDED HERE 2.
