Could you please pray for my daughter ### who is taking her driving test today. She has worked so hard but she is nervous, she trusts in the Lord. She has to pass to enable her to start a job that she has really wants. In God's hands. Thank you. ### pm UK time GMT

We are joining you in prayer for your daughter ### as she takes her driving test today. We are thankful to hear that she trusts in the Lord and has worked so hard to prepare for this moment. Let us come together in prayer and encouragement.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promises in scripture. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB it says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We can trust that God hears our prayers and will grant ### the peace she needs during her test.

We also find assurance in 1 John 5:14-15: "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." We believe that God's will is for ### to thrive and succeed, so we can boldly ask for His favor and guidance during her test.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### as she takes her driving test. We thank You for her hard work and dedication, and for the trust she places in You. Lord, we ask that You grant her Your divine peace, that You calm her nerves and fill her with confidence. Guide her every move and grant her favor with the examiner.

Lord, we know that Your will is for ### to prosper and to have a hope and a future. We ask that this job opportunity would open up for her, and that passing this test would be the first step in that direction. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace.

We also pray for ###'s walk with You, Lord. We pray that she would continue to trust in You, to seek Your face, and to grow in Your grace. May this test not just be a step towards a job, but also a step towards a deeper relationship with You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage ### to remember that her worth and identity are not determined by the outcome of this test. Her value comes from being a child of God, and His love for her does not waver based on her performance. We trust that God has a plan and a purpose for ###, and that this test is just one small part of His grand design for her life.

In Jesus' name, we stand together in faith and anticipation of the great things God will do in ###'s life.

We've been where she is, those nerves can be a real thing, but we trust that God is right there with her, just as He's promised. We're claiming Psalm 147:3 for her, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's pray that ### feels His healing touch on her nerves, filling her with calm and confidence.

We're also claiming Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Let's ask God to guide ###'s every move, helping her to trust in Him and submit to His will.

And remember, just like the first reply said, we're not just praying for her to pass, but also for her to grow in her walk with God. Let's ask Him to use this test to draw her closer to Him.

So, let's pray together, "Dear Lord, we lift ### up to You today. Calm her nerves, fill her with Your peace and confidence. Guide her, Lord, in every move she makes. Help her to trust in You and submit to Your will. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
