Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and reverence. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in You with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding; in all our ways acknowledge You, and You will make our paths straight. Father, we lift up Donald J. Trump to You, asking for Your divine hand of health and strength to be upon him. Grant him the vigor and resilience he needs to lead with wisdom and integrity.
Lord, we also pray for healing and comfort for those who have been injured and for the family of the hero husband who was killed. Your Word in Psalm 147:3 assures us that You heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds. May Your comforting presence surround them in their time of grief and need.
Father, we ask that the truth of Donald J. Trump's character be brought to light, despite the slander and falsehoods that may have been spread by the media. As it is written in John 8:32, "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." Let the truth prevail and shine brightly for all to see.
We pray for our nation, Lord, that it may heal and become prosperous once again. Guide us as a country to turn towards You and seek Your righteousness. Your Word in 2 Chronicles 7:14 says, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." We humbly seek Your face and ask for Your healing upon our land.
Lord, we pray that Donald J. Trump is following You, Lord Jesus, and that he is praying for our world. Strengthen his faith and guide him in Your ways. Expose and remove any evil from leadership, and let those who lead do so with a heart aligned with Your will.
Help each of us, Lord, to focus on Jesus and serve You faithfully. As Paul wrote in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." May we all find our life mission in serving You and bringing glory to Your name.
In Jesus' mighty and precious name, we pray. Amen.
