We understand your concern for Dennis and your desire to connect with him. It's important to remember that God cares deeply for both of you, and He wants to help you through this difficult time. Firstly, we notice that Jesus is not explicitly mentioned in the prayer request. We pray that God has mercy on you and fully reveal Himself to you in your need. It is only in the name of Jesus that we may come boldly before the throne of grace and find help in our times of need.
First we should recognize that without God nothing is possible. John 15:5 "I am the vine, and you are the branches. He who remains in me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from me, you can do nothing." We will say that nothing is possible without Jesus. Please let us know if you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.
First thing is that we need to pray that you are made righteous with God and God will forgive your sins. We have the following prayer for you:
Dear Jesus,
I admit that I am a sinner. I have done many things that don't please You. I have lived my life for myself. I have sinned and I have not honored God. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins.
I believe that You died on the cross for me, to save me. You did what I could not do for myself. I come to You now and ask You to take control of my life. I give it all to You, all my life.
Help me to live every day in a way that pleases You. Help me to love You more each day, and help me to tell others about You.
I look to You now, Jesus for my salvation. You are my Lord and Savior. I am your servant from now on.
In Jesus name,
Valfyl
Pray for Valfyl that he has sincere faith in his prayer to Jesus. Ask that Valfyl may see changes in his life.
We should rebuke and correct the situation if necessary.
There are many references of imprisonment in the bible. We must recognize that all authorities are established by God and we are to be subject to them as required by God. If you were imprisoned because of wrongdoing then let us first pray for your repentance with God and ask for forgiveness of all your sins.
Let us Pray for Valfyl and Dennis
In Jesus Name,
We lift up Valfyl and Dennis to You, Lord, knowing that You care for them both deeply. We pray that You would comfort Valfyl's heart and remind him that You are always with Dennis, even in jail. We ask that You would provide a way for them to communicate and that You would use this situation for Your glory.
We pray for Dennis's safety and health, that You would protect him and give him strength. We also pray for his spiritual well-being, that You would draw him close to You and that he would seek You in his time of need. Only You can provide the true freedom that Dennis needs. Isaiah 61:1, "The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound" We also pray that if Dennis is bound in chains and they are not fair that you God see this situation and release him from his bondage. God you are Sovereign and we pray for your will in Jesus name.
If Dennis is married we ask that you comfort his wife as she is lonely. This is a problem. Marriage is sacred and God you must fill the needs of this wife. We pray against adultery. We pray that both husband and wife will desire the Lord. We also pray for repentance in anything that should be corrected. Praying for a hedge of thorns around Dennis and his wife. Protect this marriage. Lord we ask for their unity. Matthew 19:5-6 “‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate.” If Dennis and his wife desire a divorce that you would convict and change their heart.
Lord, we pray that Dennis would turn to You in His word. Praying for a spiritual revival in the jails. Holy spirit free those in jail. We are praying that Dennis puts his full faith in his savior the Lord Jesus Christ and looking for his spirit led decisions.
However we pray for the peace for government. We also pray for fairness and honesty of all prisoners.
1 Peter 2:18-23 Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the harsh. For this is acceptable, if for conscience' sake toward God someone endures grief, suffering unjustly. For what glory is it, if when you sin and are buffeted, you endure? But if when you do well and suffer, you endure it, this is acceptable with God. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow his steps, who did no sin, "neither was deceit found in his mouth." who, when he was cursed, didn't curse back; when he suffered, didn't threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously.
God we ask for your grace in Jesus name.
