Pray for deliverance

Hi

Please pray for my 40 year old son who is under heavy demonic attack. He keeps talking and swearing to himself.
I have brought pastors to pray over him for deliverance. When the pastor started praying in tongues he refused the prayer.
We are catholic by religion. He wanted a catholic person to pray over him. This was done and he is still the same.
I tried explaining to him that he is under heavy attack and he needs warfare prayers but he is not listening. He did say he keeps hearing voices in his head.
These voices torment him at night and he has not slept in days and is now very aggressive and angry with the world. Another pastor told me he is under witchcraft attack. That a tokoloshe was sent to him. We are in South Africa. Im afraid these voices will tell him to kill himself. He keeps saying people are going to die.

"Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we bring before you Lyrarel's son. We plead the blood of Jesus over him and ask for your divine protection. Rebuke and silence the voices that torment him, Lord. We bind the demonic forces attacking him and command them to leave in Jesus' name. Grant him peace, sound mind, and peaceful sleep. Open his heart to receive your truth and deliverance. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen."

It's crucial to understand that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, authorities, and cosmic powers of this darkness (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). Your son needs persistent prayer and the power of God's Word.

We notice that you mentioned being Catholic and preferring a Catholic person to pray over him. We want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). It's not about the denomination, but the power in the name of Jesus.

We also want to address the issue of spiritual warfare. While it's important to respect your son's wishes, it's equally crucial to understand that demonic forces will resist attempts at deliverance. Your son's refusal to pray in tongues and the pastor's diagnosis of a witchcraft attack show the extent of the spiritual battle.

We encourage you to continually speak God's Word over him. Here are some verses you can use:

- "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that will rise against you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh. (Isaiah 54:17, WEB)

Lastly, ensure that your son has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It's only through believing in Him that one can be saved (Romans 10:9, WEB). Encourage him to confess his sins, repent, and invite Jesus into his life.
