Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with a heart full of compassion and concern for David, who is feeling very mixed up right now. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 14:33 that You are not a God of confusion but of peace. We ask that You bring clarity and understanding to David's mind and heart.
Lord, we know that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Please draw near to David in this time of confusion. Help David to feel Your presence and to know that You are the ultimate source of wisdom and guidance.
In Proverbs 3:5-6, You instruct us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding; in all our ways, we are to acknowledge You, and You will make our paths straight. We pray that David will trust in You fully and seek Your guidance in every decision and thought.
Lord Jesus, You promised in John 14:27 to give us peace, not as the world gives, but Your peace. We pray that David will experience this divine peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We pray that any strongholds of confusion, lies, or deceit be broken in the mighty name of Jesus. Let Your truth prevail in David's life, setting him free from any bondage of uncertainty.
