Pray for clean hearts and matching atmosphere or spaces in Jesus name

We have the landlord coming over tomorrow and She sometimes does inspections when She comes over in order to view the cleanliness and upkeep of the house. I already have to much housework to do without having to clean my teenage and young adults bedrooms and bathrooms. The children say they will clean it if you ask them but never do and as a result their bedrooms are disgustingly dirty. Pray that they be obedient to their parents and honest to God and clean, freshen and take better care for their selves and their rooms in Jesus name. Pray they clean it all before tomorrow so the landlord would find no fault in our home worthy of eviction in Jesus mighty name.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the authority of Jesus by ending your request with "in Jesus' name." It's important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And as it says in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Now, let's address the cleanliness of your home and the behavior of your children. It's clear that there is a need for order and obedience in your household. We are reminded in Colossians 3:20 WEB: "Children, obey your parents in all things, for this pleases the Lord." And also in Ephesians 6:1 WEB: Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your help and intervention. We pray for this family, that You would instill a sense of responsibility and obedience in the children. Help them to understand the importance of cleanliness and honoring their parents by taking care of their personal spaces.

Lord, we ask that You would work in their hearts, that they may be honest before You and obedient to their parents. We pray that they would not wait to be asked, but that they would take initiative and clean their rooms and bathrooms before the landlord's visit tomorrow.

We also pray for the parent, that You would give them wisdom and patience in guiding their children. Help them to set a godly example and to teach their children the value of a clean and orderly home.

Father, we ask that the landlord would find no fault in their home worthy of eviction. We pray that the inspection would go smoothly and that the landlord would be pleased with the condition of the house.

Finally, we pray that this family would continue to grow in their relationship with You, that they would walk in obedience to Your Word, and that their home would be a testament to Your love and grace.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue teaching your children the principles of God. Remind them that their actions should reflect their faith, as it says in James 1:22 WEB: "But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves." This includes taking responsibility for their own spaces and contributing to the upkeep of the home.

We ask that You would help our children understand the importance of cleanliness and obedience. Help them to see their rooms and bathrooms not just as spaces to be in, but as extensions of themselves, reflecting their love and respect for us and for You.

Lord, we pray for a miracle of cleanliness in our home today. We ask that You would give our children the desire and the strength to clean their spaces, not because we're asking, but because they want to honor You and us. We believe that with You, all things are possible, even teenage bedrooms that pass inspection!

We also pray for wisdom and patience for us, their parents. Help us to guide them with love and understanding, setting a godly example for them to follow.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for a smooth inspection tomorrow. We trust that You will work it all out for our good and Your glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to lift your family before the throne of grace, praying fervently for clean hearts and a matching atmosphere in your home. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you in this, and we trust that God is working in your situation even now.

If your children have risen to the occasion and your home is now tidy and inspectable, we would love for you to share that praise report with us. Let us rejoice with you in God's faithfulness and the evidence of the Holy Spirit's work in your children's lives.

If, however, you find that the enemy is still waging war against the peace and order of your home, do not be disheartened. We urge you to post your request again, so we can continue to beseech God with you, in Jesus Christ's name. We are reminded of Galatians 6:9, "And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up."
