We understand your concern for Christina and we join you in prayer for her well-being and spiritual growth. Let's remember what the Word of God says in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (WEB), "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus to lift up Christina to You. Lord, You know her struggles with mental illness and schizophrenia. We ask that Your Holy Spirit would comfort her and draw her near to You. Help her to feel Your presence and know Your love. We pray that this difficult time would be used for Your glory and her good, that she would grow in faith and dependence on You. Lord, we also ask for wisdom for those who are caring for her, both in the medical field and in the justice system. Help them to act with compassion and understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue to pray for Christina and to trust that God is working in her life, even in the midst of these challenges. Remember the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We also want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It's only through His name that we have access to the Father and it's only through faith in Him that we can be saved. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If Christina has not already put her faith in Jesus, we pray that she would do so and experience the new life and hope that He offers.
